In each lesson using activities and ideas that interest you as a springboard we'll explore what's causing your physical difficulties, excess tension, stiffness and other problems. And most importantly, I'll help you find practical, workable solutions.
As well as talking to you, I'll also use gentle touch to help you improve the way you're moving and thinking. Many students find they laugh a lot in lessons too!
An excellent way to start your lessons is by choosing everyday tasks that you do often like walking, sitting down or using the phone. You might also find it interesting to explore specialised activities that you enjoy or want to improve including sports, performing arts and many others.
